« Les Automnales de Pommard », celebrating the famous powerful red wine, took place last week-end. It was a unique opportunity to not only learn about the various climats but also to taste them in combination with burgund specialties.

Cars were not allowed and visitors could stroll peacefully in this most typical burgund village.

The organisation was flawless, and we really liked the workshops dedicated to children : Fanny and Prune could bake « gougères » – those delicious choux with cheese- while we tasted various Pommard with chocolate. A surprising but very interesting combination.

We’ll go back next year, for sure. See you there ! 😉
